Yes we've agreed to record some new/old songs ... but it won't happen overnight ... good things take time ... etc etc
The fabulous Manan Fredriksson has done a video for Alan's song Venusia from the albums Loving Tongues and Pearlers. Check it out on our videos page.
Following an enjoyable Resonator house concert on 19 October (thanks heaps to Murray Aitken) Let's Planet will do another almost-unplugged gig at Thunderbird, 154 Featherston St from 5:30 pm on Friday 1 November. Good music, good food, good wine and free entry so it's a great venue for your TGIF after-work wind-down and we're looking forward to seeing you there!
Album reviews from the ODT and NZ Musician have been added to the Reviews page.
There Is No Time from the album Favours. Filmed in January 1990 in Manners Mall in Wellington.
Well done to reviewer Grant Smithies and the Sunday Star-Times on 11 August!
Here's some highlights (the Reviews page has the whole thing): "slyly literate guitar pop ... Easther’s clear voice impresses on recent standout For Love and the rougher, darker Matter of Days ...
I’d forgotten this band made such elegant radio pop ... Driving and the indelible sunshine riffs of Arm and a Leg would have been all over the airwaves in a more just world."
